Join us for a 4 week series of classes. Each week we will be exploring practical methods to allow you de-stress and get more out of life.
Each class lasts around an hour, and the focus is on learning a series of methods you can use to increase your awareness of being in the present moment, and help your mind to be calm and your body to find rest.

Who Are The Teachers?
You are in experienced hands. Stephen and Lila have been practising for many years, and have been teaching meditation for 20 years.
They have taught classes and retreats around the UK, Europe, North America and Australia. They teach in a down-to-earth, practical way, making the experience of meditation easy, enjoyable and effective.
